How Much Will the Aircraft Appraisal Cost?
Fees will vary depending on the age and size of the aircraft along with the length of time involved in completing analyses of all relevant data.
The appraiser will spend 3-20 hours inspecting the airplane and its logbooks, taking photographs, and writing a multi-page report. The information is then forwarded to our offices where it is verified and the above additional services are added. As each aircraft is different, the cost of the appraisal is determined by the length of time required to complete the work...older or complicated aircraft take longer to appraise than newer or simpler aircraft. Our rates are approximately the same as an aircraft mechanic charges. Reimbursement for the appraisers modest travel expenses will be assessed. Please call Malara's Aircraft Services for a quote on appraising your particular aircraft.
In addition, we also offer a detailed Market Analysis and fees vary based on the size of the aircraft. Please note that all Market Analysis Fees will be credited towards subsequent Certified Appraisal Fees if becomes necessary. Again, please contact us at your earliest convenience for more information or to setup an appointment.
APPRAISAL FEES DO NOT INCLUDE ADDITIONAL EXPENSES SUCH AS TRAVEL, LODGING, MEALS OR MILEAGE. THESE EXPENSES ARE NORMALLY CHARGED AT COST AND ADDED TO THE FEE.
Please note; a Market Analysis is not an appraisal and will not hold up in a court of law.
